This is a one year contract position and you will be

- Support the Business Manager for Asia in various activities in relation to commercial management and/or business risk management;
- Translate core business activities into tangible analytics;
- Optimise and automate key reports to improve the production process and distribution;
- Review and optimize Front Office processes from both an organizational and tools perspective (i.e. VBA, macro, Access database)
- Participate and contribute to strategic projects, commercial initiatives and Front Office Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

In the course of carrying out the above responsibilities, the individual would be expected to be able to independently: -

- Support product activity tracking, financial follow-ups and results reportings
- Extract and manipulate financial data for reporting and/or analysis purposes;
- Perform analytical reviews using Business Intelligence tool (i.e. client performance data analysis, portfolio analysis, client holdings analysis for campaign push, activity reviews);
- Monitor and support implementation of key initiatives;
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation;
- Track and support various key tracking on profitability ideas;
- Perform ad hoc administrative support for the Product Lines;
- Develop on-demand management tools for specific business needs;
- Assume any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

To be effective and successful in this position, he/she should:-

- University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related discipline;
- Have minimum 3-5 years' relevant working experience in Business Management or Business Analysis related roles within Private Banking, Wealth Management or financial services;
- Have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing data models and visual representation;
- Strongly understanding and application of computer literacy especially in Power BI, Microsoft Excel with numerical skills and attention to details;
- Abilities to collect, interpret, and analyze information to solve problems, identify patterns, and make informed decisions;
- Be particularly attracted to technical matters related to data, process optimisation, automation;
- Excellent analytical and strategical decision-making skills, with a keen eye to details and accuracy;
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoke English required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage as there may be responsibilities involving review of documents or communication in Chinese;
- Have strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
Demonstrate commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
