Responsibilities:- You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team- Lead by example to deliver excellence.- KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance - Embrace high standards of visual excellence- Create customer loyalty and stay connected - Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles - Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction- Promote the culture and values of the company within the team
